It’s hot. But we’re looking like a good race – several cars have unfortunately totaled out. Waking up early, the 3hr drive goes a lot faster with a mate in the car and with a quick pit stop and bunnings for round hats and a snag we made it to the race right as it capped over a 34 deg temperature.

It always rains on Bathurst races, and this year was no exception. With a massive storm holding up as the Bentley #7 car cross the line. After this the downpour began with spectators legging it to shelter.
