Day 191. – Whale of a time

The annual climb – it’s like a proficiency of sorts. With the climb being once of the most visually stunning and simplest routes south of Sydney.

We managed to get the 4wd onto the dirt track and plugged down the path to find it sunny with very little wind.

Swing leads, with me up first and Diego hitting the traverse caused issues when a cloud came over the third pitch and sent gusts of wind up the cliff face freezing both of us. We made it out, frozen but stoked. All before 11.30am on a Saturday.
