A Single-minded trip: start in Christchurch and make it to the wedding in Queenstown. It’s only a 5hr drive, shouldn’t take too long.

Step One: Jump in the 9 seater Land Rover Defender in Christchurch named ‘Happy’, Make sure the rooftop tents are on tight and hit the highway. Steer slow and steady. Take in the sights all the way to Queenstown, be sure to stay at Lake Tekapo and trek the steep Skippers Canyon cliffs. Also, It might snow on the trip, pack warm.

 

 

Step Two:

Make it to the Wedding, set up. While there, Enjoy Queenstown with some activities. Head home via the lavender farm and mountain hill climb. Follow the signs all the way back home but don’t forget about the coastline, here you’ll find a caved rock and surfers.
